Overnight breakfast oats

It’s amazing to wake up in the morning and have a breakfast ready for you. The nice thing about overnight oats is you can get super creative and add the things that you like, and mix it up every time.

Overnight oats

You’ll need:

  • 100 grams oats
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon shaved almonds
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon dessicated coconut
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  •  400 ml almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • Your choice of fruits

Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl and then add the milk and vanilla. Cover with cling film and refrigerate overnight. top with your favorite fruits and enjoy!
