Pancakes with berries

For as long as I remembered, I’ve enjoyed having pancakes in the morning; Soft, a tiny bit crunchy on the side and melt-in-your-mouth goodness- what’s not to like?

My mom used to have a Betty Crocker book, and that’s where I got the recipe from, and I’ve never found a better version than this. The book had a picture of the supposed ‘Betty’and for the longest time, I thought she was real. You can imagine my shock(and disappointment!) when I found out that it was just  brand persona:-)

Either way, the recipe is one of the best out there, and I really recommend you try it.

  • 1 cup flour
  • 3/4 cup milk(I usually go up to one cup if the consistency is too thick)
  • 1 Tablespoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Enjoy with maple syrup and your favorite kind of berries!
