If there’s something I can’t resist, it’s Nutella- be it eating it straight from the jar or using it in desserts. The combination of banana and Nutella is one of my favorites, and when you add cinnamon to the mix, it takes it to a whole new level.
- 230 grams self-raising flour
- 1/2 cup(60 grams) brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup oil
- 135 ml plain yogurt
- 3 medium ripe bananas(180 grams skinned)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 12 generous teaspoons of Nutella
Heat the oven to 160 degrees. In a bowl, add sugar, cinnamon, eggs, oil, yogurt, mashed bananas, and vanilla. Stir well with a hand whisk. In another bowl, sift flour and make a well in the center. Pour the wet ingredients and lightly fold. Scoop batter into cases with a generous teaspoon of Nutella and swirl it in the batter. Bake until the batter is golden.
p.s: I got this recipe online but totally forgot where from! It was ages ago:-)
