Creamy Mushroom Parmesan Chicken

You know when a dish is so good, you can’t find the words? Well, that’s one of the times. Made this recipe for the first time yesterday and it was just to die for. Paired it with french fries and the rest is history!

For the recipe, you’ll need:

2 tablespoons cooking oil

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 250 grams mushrooms
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1/4 cup parmesan
  • Salt and Pepper

How to make it:

Fry the chicken thighs with 1 tablespoon cooking oil on medium fire for 5 minutes(each side). Place them on a plate and cover them to keep them warm. Fry the garlic cloves with 1 tbsp oil and then add the chopped mushrooms and cook until soft. Add the chicken broth and boil it on medium fire until brown on the sides. Add the cream and bring to boil on high fire, then reduce to medium fire and boil for about 5 minutes, then add the Parmesan cheese. Bring back the chicken and cover with the cream. Add salt  and pepper to taste.
